Kuddos to Damien for reaching out via caller ID to get my business. I accidently called TVG then hung up but Damien called back and got my business! I don't know about you but if a contractor or business calls you back these days they've already won me over! But the excellent customer service didn't stop there. Gabe showed up on time and got the bid back to me when he said he would. Each and every encounter I had with TVG was very positive and timely. I only had one little hiccup with them over scheduling but they quickly fixed it and made it right! Rubin also did a great job with the installation of the glass and was very respectful of our property and making sure the job was done to my satisfaction. I will definitely be calling them for future projects!

They dont have a voicemail box set up which is far from helpful

Damien was very professional giving us pur estimate and installing our new window. The office staff was also very professional on the phone. I highly recommend Tualatin Glass and Mobile Screens- keep up the good work !!

I had a very poor experience with this company. After a lengthy conversation with the customer service person who answered the phone, I received a quote of roughly $1,800 for 22 screens. When I received the formal estimate the following day, the quote has risen to nearly $3,500. While the customer service rep apologized for her mistake, I frankly don't trust this company and its exorbitant nickel-and-diming pricing methodology. I found a higher-rated and much more affordable alternative through a quick Google search.
