I can't say enough about this loving and caring facility. I was looking for the best possible place for my sister to live and I knew I had found it here at Brookside Memory Care. The staff here are the best in the business and I have never been sorry that we chose Brookside for her home. I visit frequently and my sister loves it here. She tells me that this is her home and she never wants to leave. We thank them for their commitment to excellence in all aspects of providing care with a loving touch.

Beautiful facility both inside and out. Bedside staff is great and does the best they can to provide great care. Little to no activities. Executive director appears way in over his head after numerous conversations and suggestions which were met with excuses to make easy changes.

I have worked for Brookside for 2 years now and Im so happy to finally have a place where I can genuinely see myself in 5 years. The owners are always looking out for me and making sure I have all the tools I need to succeed and I know I can turn to the management team at anytime for support. The environment at Brookside is so positive and encouraging I really feel like I can be myself and put my best foot forward and grow into my true potential!

Brookside really impressed me. The staff is kind, patient and goes the extra mile. It is a place that puts the residents' safety, care and socialization first. My mother came to Brookside straight from 16 days in bed at the hospital. She was unable to move herself, had a hard time focusing on interactions and had trouble feeding herself. After 17 days at Brookside she was able to get herself out of bed, feeding herself and actively interacting with staff, family and other residents. I felt the staff was involved with Mom's progress and always told me how she was doing. In addition, Brookside is a beautiful place with high ceilings, lots of windows and light, a couple of nice outside areas and walkways. It feels open and cheerful. I would recommend Brookside to any family looking for a competent, compassionate and safe place for your loved one.

After seeing how nice this memory care looks, I wanted to see it in person and it was even better than the pictures! Each staff member I met was so kind and welcoming when we walked through. Lunch was being served and the food looked wonderful. It truly is a beautiful place and the residents looked so comfortable and happy. I left feeling really good about the care that would be offered for my loved on here.
