Amy is amazing. Her depth of knowledge and skill has been instrumental to my healing and ongoing wellbeing on many levels. Im very grateful to have found her and to have her as part of my healthcare team.

I went in for my first session yesterday and was welcomed by friendly staff, who offered me water and a place to sit and wait. My appointment with Amy was amazing! I explained I was a runner and that my knees will often be sore. I appreciated that she tailored the acupuncture treatment to my personal needs. I also had the cupping treatment on my back, which was surprisingly satisfying. Jumped in the sauna for an hour after my appointment, and it was just what I needed. I left feeling very refreshed and cannot wait for my next appointment!

I learned of Amy through a family connection. I had been incredibly sick for a really long time and Dr.'s were just giving me meds to help with symptoms but telling me that i would always struggle with my symptoms. There was nothing western medicine could do to help me. I was a wreck mentally and physically. Some days it was hard to get out of bed. Sleeping was the only thing that didn't feel horrible. I went to Ikigai feeling pretty skeptical and nervous. Amy listened to me. She was gentle and kind, and very thoughtful about treatment and my needle phobia. I've been going to her now for over a year and i feel the best I've felt in the last few years. I'm no longer having seasons of horrendous flare ups, nausea, or anxiety, and I haven't caught a cold almost a year(i normally get about 3 that take me out for at least a week). I look forward to every session. It's the best part of my month. Healing doesn't happen overnight, and its not just Amy doing work, but also you doing your part as patient and taking reccomendations and care of your self. Listening to your body and voicing what works and what doesn't. I'm so glad that I despite my hesitation to seek treatment, I did. Amy has been instrumental in my healing. Thank you Amy!!!

Amy is a fantastic practitioner. Her acupuncture session definitely helped my back and shoulder pain. I would easily recommend her to anyone I know.

Ive been receiving acupuncture from Amy for over a year, for various things, including body pain & energetic support. She is a great listener & is adept at hearing where youre coming from. This translates to treatment that is tailored specifically for you in that moment. Her approach is gentle, thorough, and effective!
