I must say that all staff has been great with my mother. The environment is friendly, helpful, patience, understanding, and willing to work with families to make everything easier and better for all. We appreciate all the crafts, games, baking, gardening, activities and projects to keep residents busy and active and made to feel like they matter. I commend all staff for working hard even when they are under staffed. From my family to you and yours we all Matter. Thank you!

I just want to say what a great team we have. This holiday season was brightened by staff coming together and decorating the halls. I wish all the residents and their family a wonderful Christmas.

My dad recently moved in here, and the staff is amazing! They immediately got him an extra long bed because he is quite tall. They answered all of my questions patiently and knowledgeably. They have gone above and beyond to make my dad feel safe and comfortable. Their rooms are clean, and they have a great outdoor patio. Can't recommend more highly!

My mom lived here unfortunately. We got her out last month and moved to another facility. I wouldn't recommend sending your loved one here unless you are wanting to send them to their death. My mom is diabetic and has other dietary restrictions and they wouldn't meet her dietary needs, most of the time she went without eating. Staff broke her dentures and she had pay $300 out of her own pocket to fix them. Her clothing and bedding constantly went missing and even when she asked for help recovering it they wouldn't. That was until we started saying we'd be reporting them if they didn't seeing as that is their job. The place is EXTREMELY UNDERSTAFFED. They only have two aids for the entire first floor for evening shifts. They also dropped the ball as a Social Security Payee and never reported her change of address and tried to keep her social security income for this month. This place has been reported. Not only for elderly abuse but to social security as well. And whoever is related to that sweet 109 year old lady please get her out of there. The last day my mom was there (she was her roommate) the poor woman ripped off a mole and the nurse FLIPPED THE SHEET INSIDE OUT AND PUT IT BACK ON HER BED! Absolutely disgusting!
