        I'm not sure what is going on in this store, but the interactions (or lack there of) from the staff makes me wonder how they are still in business. I came in for a new phone, been a customer for 20+ years. The salesmen was so awkward and unhelpful, I left and went to the nearest Verizon store, and switched my service. Please educate your staff not to be uneducated robots. You lost a loyal customer yesterday!

        Unfortunately there was minor area where I didnt include some modest information on my warranty and the store completely said that honoring the warranty was impossible if I didnt spend a major amount of time detailing there technical website so I am forced to go with a broken non functional phone. I find it difficult to recommending or promoting products.
