me and my wife loved it nice beds good coffe !!! the sunrise was amazing !!!! the stars unbelievable i will bringing my whole family to stay here next . seems like people always have somthing to complained about . lifes a adventure live it up !!!

I stayed at Crooked River Ranch Cabins for two nights. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by creaky beds, making our stay less comfortable. I hope this feedback helps improve future guests' experiences. Despite the creaky beds, I appreciate the good host service and the convenient location at Crooked River Ranch Cabins during my two-night stay. The positive aspects contributed to a decent overall experience.

Terrible service!!! Do not give them your business! My boyfriend and I booked this place on our way up from a road trip. We realized immediately after booking that we miscalculated the time it would take to get there so we called right away to see if we could cancel. The woman (I am assuming the owner) who answered the phone was very unsympathetic and said she could only give us a credit to use within the year. We accepted because we had no other option. Ten days ago we decided to book a getaway here to get some sun in the dead of winter. What do you know, a winter storm is forecasted. We decided to try to make it anyway. Well, last night the weather forecast turned even more severe so we called to see if we could get our credit returned. This time, the same woman was even more rude and uncompromising. She went ahead and took our money and didnt offer us any credit. When we tried to reason with her she returned our pleas with cold, heartless rules that are not only inconsiderate, but also impossible. To get a full refund you have to cancel a week before?! To get 50% you have to cancel 3+ days before your stay?! Who would be able to do this? Even with inclement weather and in a mountainous area the answer is still no? Not even a credit? Needless to say we will not be coming back here. Nowhere that cares more about stealing your money than providing good customer service is where I want to give my business. Avoid the stress and cruelty and do not book here.
