We learned that our house had 80 feet of orangeberg sewer piping running from our house to the main in the street. We were told it needed to be replaced and that it was not going to be cheap. I called around and got a number of quotes. Peak Plumbing contacted me almost immediately upon me submitting a Home Advisor request and Jacob came, who was working on another project nearby, came over almost immediately. I was impressed with how professional and knowledgeable he was about the different options we had available and he was positive and eager to take on the task. His quote came back to me that same day and it was very competitive to others I had received. Jacob continued to follow up, answering any questions and promising to match any lower quote that was using the same materials. Jacob was true to his word and even though his first quote was very reasonable, he was willing to go lower based on another quote I had received. Within just a couple days of me accepting the offer, Jacob had his whole crew arrive early and ready to go. The used the pipe burst method to dig one hole into our yard and another into the street. His bid and crew took care of all needed permits and traffic control and he knew all the best and up-to-date coded materials to use. The crew finished replacing the entire stretch of piping in just one day, repaving the road and cleaning up the yard. Throughout the whole process, the crew was hard working, trustworthy, and professional. Jacob and his partner Tim followed up that evening and came out the next day to make sure we were satisfied with the product and see if there was anything else they could do for us. Their work came with a 30 year transferable warranty so we are thankful we can rest assured that they gave their highest quality work and that we can reach out if there are any further issues. I had a tank electric water heater installed and the guy that came to do the estimate was great and fit us in with in a few days. The guy that came out to install was awesome too. Friendly, professional and on time. I really thought the price was good too. I would use Peak again. AND they ga e us a military discount too!
