        Shawn is by far the most gifted PT Ive ever worked with... why do I put PT in quotes? Because he goes far beyond a traditional PT. He truly has a holistic approach that heals the body. Shawn isnt after the quick fix, he offers long term strategies that allow the body to find its way back to a natural healthy place. That being said, I almost always leave the office feeling significant shifts. Ive been visiting him in office and taking Yoga from him for close to a year and at 42, my body feels better in many ways than it did 10-15 years ago.
