I hired them to finish off my entrance room.what a WONDERFUL job!!! They were on time, got right to work, cleaned up their mess and even wrapped up my extension cord that I let them use!!! They were very professional and personable. My entrance room looks FANTASTIC!!! If I ever need a builder again, I will call them!!!

Efrain and his assistant, Levi, just finished a repair to our large covered deck and my husband and I couldnt be happier with their work. Not only did they do a great job, Efrain showed up when he said he would, and always on time. Besides being professional, he was kind and friendly, as was Levi, and it was fun to hear them work together; we could tell they have a great working relationship and mutually respect one another. When the need arises, we will be contacting Arias Builders, LLC again.

Ive used several contractors over the years with mixed experiences of them but I will definitely say Arias Builders was the best Ive ever had and made me have faith in the reliability and trustworthiness of contractors again! From start to finish, Efrain and his crew were communicative, punctual, friendly, understanding, and willing to do whatever we requested while also providing advice if an idea we had wasnt exactly the best. The cost of the project was fair and he did not nickel and dime us like some other contractors may have done. His crew worked full days back to back during the week to get our project done quickly as we have a baby on the way and wanted as much time as possible to settle into the newly re-done areas before he gets here. The work was also excellent and our renovation looks as if it was always meant to be a part of our house. I cannot recommend them enough and will use them again if any other projects come up!!!

Amazing! Efrain and his employees did an amazing job. In fact, they did a few jobs for us. They're first project at our house was turning our attached workshop and storage hallway into a third room so our kids could have separate rooms. This job included eliminating a false wall, updating a window from single pane to double pane, replacing a pocket door with a traditional bedroom door, installing insulation and drywall, adding a ceiling (the space was originally vaulted and led straight to the attic) installing a very nice pull down ladder for a new attic entrance, paint and finally removing an exterior door and second window that were not properly installed (and therefore not permitted) by the previous owners. Their second project was removing part of our fence line and extending it down about 20 feet so we could turn the RV parking in the frontyard into a patio in the backyard. In addition to extending the fence line down they installed double doors to allow an extra wide opening for our ATV to get in and out. Their third and largest project was converting a covered patio area off the primary bedroom into a study and bathroom. The space measured about 13'x14'. The space was already covered by the roof and on the foundation. Efrain took our rough sketch and finalized it. He then had us approve his final version before getting all the necessary permits. Efrain and his men had to pour concrete to make the area level with the inside of the house, demolish the exterior wall, install a header since the original exterior wall was a load bearing wall, put up framing and siding to enclose the area, insulate and drywall, run plumbing and electrical, install the bathtub and fixtures, install windows and paint. Their final project was full new exterior paint. Let me tell you that my house looks completely different! They gave it a very nice facelift and for a very resonable price too! The final product is absolutely perfect! I am so unbelievably happy with their work. They cleaned up their worksite (our backyard) and left it in even better condition than they found it. They even cleaned up and disposed of our pile for the dumps which was just one of the times they went above and beyond while working on our house. I was prepared for hiccups and bumps along the way but their were none! Efrain handled everything so the biggest thing we had to handle was picking out the paint and fixtures. Efrain and Mario and all of the rest of the contractors were wonderful. They were so respectful, friendly and professional. They went out of their way to make sure their work interfered as little as possible with our daily lives. They were so great with our two toddlers who were very curious as to what was being done and sometimes got in the way. I cannot speak highly enough of these men. The quality of their work and their work ethic is impeccable. We will certainly use them again in the future.
