Daytime staff are awesome at keeping our orders straight, but the ones at around 7 p.m.? Here's what *I* ordered:
Big Mac, and a *plain* burger/set of patties with NO lettuce and cheese so I can train my puppies. They made my Big Mac the wrong way, they completely neglected the plain patty *when it was written down on the screen I was reading from*.
When I ask for something specific, and it's written down, ***I EXPECT IT TO BE WHAT IS WROTE***

No actual counter person. Person that took my order FOR 2 COFFEES ignored me and several others to the point that the lady behind me actually CALLED the store to get service.
It took 10 minutes to get the coffees.

Sorry McDonalds, your app deals are nice but the freshness, temperature, and amount of fries in the fry box isnt worth the time or money. Quality Control needs to re-evaluate some things.

If I could give less than one star I would. I appreciate we all have rough days at work however you are providing a service. My whole order three meals and an extra sandwich was messed up and they werent even special
On top of that you wont answer your phone and the mail box is fullGRRR

They have changed since I posted. I mean I don't eat meat but when we stop no matter what it is they are pacient, polite, and wants to help fix issues. Had family call and tell them that a sandwich was not the eight one and they fixed it no fuss. They also apologize, alot. I had to update my review. 3 to 5.
