Sublimity Medical Clinic

Rude, unhelpful. Wouldn’t release my medical records In a timely fashion when I wanted to schedule an appointment at a different clinic. They Tried scheduling me an appointment with a nurse when I asked to see a doctor, without telling me. They have tried this multiple times. It’s sad, when Dr Jorgensen was at the clinic it was a much better place... the doctors are never there working, always on vacation so they will try to make you see a nurse when you think your actually Making an appointment to see a doctor.

Our family has been patients of the Sublimity Medical Clinic for many years. The doctors, nurses, and staff are always friendly, attentive, thorough, and knowledgeable. They really go above and beyond even being able to schedule same day appointments if necessary.

I went with my mother today to see a nurse practitioner called Mr. De Laughter. My mother has been so distrustful of medical professionals in the past because they don't listen and they talk down to her but this man was an absolute angel. He was kind and compassionate and he listened like he had all the time in the world. He was helpful in every way and assisted us in solving a major problem that no one else was willing to solve. I was so overwhelmed by his kindness that I burst into tears. Thank you so much Sublimity medical clinic!

negatives : •Seems like the doctors are always on vacation and only one is covering for the missing one , which creates chaos and bad care . •They always telll you they are so busy and they don’t see anything as urgent . •One of the nurses Berta is absolutely horrible. She’s dismissive and not very bright and sadly you have to talk to her before seeing a Dr . •no urgent care services Pros : •Nurse Natalie and front staff desk are all very nice
