        Terrible experience holds Stayton city population hostage to their enormous debt they accrued which has nothing to do with their CURRENT AND NEW customers except that we have to pay it off each month at a whopping $40.00 extra dollars. Thats over $400.00 a year per household/business in Stayton. Then they lie about it and tell you your not understanding if you question them. But its all on the county records since its a small town the city manager calls the shots even if its your pocket. By the way no one answers the phone or shows up to work except for the repair guys.
