I want to thank Dr David Thorsett, his wonderful staff and all the great people at Santiam Hospital for helping me regain my active lifestyle. Complete Knee replacement surgery February 2, and I was able to hike 4 miles yesterday for the first time. Thank you David. I Highly recommend Dr Thorsett and Todd his PA.

I like your hospital. But my wife and I now live in Mt. Angel, Oregon, so we now "patronize" Silverton Hospital, Salem Heart Clinic and our FNP in Mt. Angel. Anyway, thanks for the excellent work that you do.

Well, here it is January 2021 and Dr David Thorsett has also now replaced (14 December 2020), my left hip joint on the heels of my knee replacement in June 2020. Once again a sterling effort on these wonderful people's part. I can only repeat that these folks are the very best at everything they do. Since I have bad genes I suppose I will be back for the other hip at some point. I sure ain't looking forward to it but al least I will have complete confidence in their work. Also, a shout out to Pinnacle Physical Therapy in Dallas, OR. They're great too. July 2020: Only excellent care provided here. I would be more than willing to allow Dr Thorsett and his crew to replace every joint in my body. Everyone is friendly, instills confidence, displays technical proficiency and best of all, returns my calls when I get myself confused. My absolute highest recommendation. My gold standard is the VA Health Care System in PDX. Dr. Thorsett and his crew are every bit as outstanding. One question, why do they spell it Orthopaedic, rather than Orthopedic????
