The work was done well but not what we were told we would get for the price. Gave us a price for the whole project then came back out and said half the work would be done and if we wanted the remaining work done it would be more. Not good business

Had a large cypress limb snap about 10 feet up from the main part of tree during the windstorm last week, and it toppled over the fence into neighbor's yard. I called two places and left messages, with this being the third call made. They answered, came within a couple of hours, diagnosed the situation, quoted on the spot and took care of the giant limb and the remaining damaged primary portion of tree (which was compromised from the other large branch's snapping point). These guys were quick, concise, professional, safe, efficient and above all very nice. They asked the right questions, such as "do you want the fire wood?" and had the whole ordeal over within a few hours of me even discovering the tree had fallen. I cannot recommend these guys enough! We were referred to Mckenzie to have a tree cut down, we were very disappointed with the job he did. He crushed a tree along with some other damaged branches. Not a great job, along with not returning phone calls, very unprofessional. I have never given a bad review before, but this was deserved.
