Only place Im going for anything wheel/tire related from now on! Point S screwed my balance and failed to notice a mounting issue with the tire despite me having gone back to them twice! Went to Tire Sport, Clifton found the issue, remounted the tire, rebalanced everything plus took the time to teach me how it all works it was a fun experience, relaxed atmosphere, quality work Ill be back for sure

I tried to get a simple plug or patch repair and was turned down because the time would exceed closing time which is understood so the next day I show up within the frame and the worker was hesitant on even coming out of the office i mentioned that I commute an hour one way 6 days a week and work long hours that far exceed normal business hours so it was imperative that I get it repaired while I had the chance he looked at my tire put air in it and said thats all I can do for ya. There wasnt any other customers in sight and couldnt believe the disregard for mine and my familys safety. In my opinion just unprofessional and lazy
