Worst people ever to work with. Don't go there. I did not call every staff either. You are mean and a bully. I've hired you for your work and have been a client for over 10 years. Since the change of ownership your humanship in the last year have been nothing but rude. Glad I moved on to better folks.

Started going here because my mom does taxes here, and as I get older and start learning more about this tax journey would love to come here for as long as I can, they are very patient and good service.

Really unsatisfied with the service here I have been work with them for 2 years now and have really been let down. I went to them for payroll and was told they could take me on and help me get this all going as soon as I got my irs numbers. Well when I called my agent I was ignored for over a week and then when I finaly gave in and call the costumer service line the very agent I was trying to call answered and then proceeded to tell me they could no longer help me because of staffing. Now I understand that staffing is short but to completely ignore an already established costumer just made me feel like my service wasn't as important as others and have been left hanging to try and figure it out eles ware. Sucks because I did really like the agent, but I was just not as important as other costumers I guess.
