We went in to get a new cover for our hot tub almost four months ago. We had the dimensions but they still ordered the wrong cover. They were kind enough to come pick it up and reorder another cover. We waited another month, no cover. They called the factory to see what was the hold up, the factory thought our order was an accident double order. So they were going to make it as soon as possible, that was a month ago. Still no hot tub cover~~. The staff is very friendly and helpful but their ability to get us our cover is not impressive. We are still waiting to get our cover, very disappointed. Update. December 2023 We have received our cover and the company is trying to make it right, which we really appreciate.

We had the best experience with Affordable Spa & Pool yesterday. We called with a hot tub not working, they came out the same day and not only repaired our hot tub but my son's hot tub. Both repairs were fast and very reasonable. I will definitely be calling them again. Thank you guys so much!!

Great local company to buy from with very competitive prices. Seems to beat online prices with higher quality product. The staff has great knowledge of Spas and is super easy to work with! Would highly recommend doing business with them!! :)

The technician Terry was phenomenal, on time and was able to slightly modify and install a new control swimspa panel for us
