Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Worst ever! I called in ahead and they told me my food would be ready in a hour. This alone is kind of rediculas. I previously had a bad experience with them not getting my order done when they said it would be ready. this time I decided to call before I came in. Luckily I did because they told me my order was still sitting in a pile and would not be done for at least another 45 minutes! This is take and bake why does it take 2 hours!!!! I will never order at this location again!!!

When I got there, I told the staff the name of the order but it took them a while to figure out what pizza it was. When I went to pay, I paid with my card. The screen asked me to tip. I never tip at a place like this. The staff is just making my food. They aren't even cooking it because it is a take and bake so I don't see it necessary. I tried to press no tip with my finger because I assumed it was a touch screen. The cashier told me I had to use the stylus and it seemed like I had to press extra hard for it to work and I had accidentally tipped 15% ($3) and it didn't even give me the option to confirm it so I had paid $3 more for the pizza than I had intended to. It is only $3 but it is the principal that bothers me.

The pizza was good, but the service and the atmosphere were awful. I walked in to get my pick-up order and not a single gel employee looked at me or said anything. I was about to leave when I realized I hadnt been given the 4 dipping sauces I had added on to my order (each dipping sauce cost $1.00). When an employee finally noticed me standing at the counter she came over and asked what I needed. After telling her I needed my 4 dipping sauces she came back with 3 and told me thats all they had. After I told her I had been charged individually for each sauce she said shed see if she could find another. After waiting 10 minutes she finally came back and told me thats all they had. She then walked away and started to go back to work. The employee was as very dismissive, did not offer a refund or an alternative to substitute for what I had already paid for. I get it, its not that big a deal, its just $1, but as a broke college student, this kind of treatment by companies really bothers me.
