My brother and I worked with Katya to sell our fathers home following his unexpected passing. Katya was simply wonderful to work with at all points in the process. She was kind, caring and understanding and went above and beyond to also help us with coordinating an estate sale and the donation of some of our fathers woodworking tools. I highly recommend Katyayou wont find a more professional or caring real estate professional in the Eugene area.

My husband and I worked with Katya Ulmer to find our first house. We were looking for a classic craftsman bungalow and found the perfect home to settle into. Katya was knowledgable, warm, and has a great sense of humor. She was communicative and available to quickly answer any questions we had during the process and helped us negotiate through some questions for the owners. We were lucky to work with such a talented real estate agent and highly recommend her!

Katia was wonderful with both the sale of our house and the purchase of our new one. Guiding us through the stress of a contingency sale and purchase with compassion and a wonderfully positive attitude. Katia worked hard for us, doing open houses back to back for three or four weekends. My wife and I feel like we've made a friend.
