Alyse and Neal did a wonderful job helping me find and purchase a home. With the market being extremely competitive and fast-paced, I relied on Alyse to give recommendations. She advised on giving a competitive offer and what that would look like for each home. She also walked each property with me. She kept me in the loop at every step of the process and even checked in often to make sure I was not getting discouraged in the home search. Extremely friendly and welcoming to the area. Neal and Alyse were extremely helpful in showing us around the area and in making us feel welcome. They are very helpful in finding the perfect house and in assisting us through the purchasing process. In addition to helping us find the house they were also extremely helpful in all aspects of our relocation after we lost our house in the wildfires in Southern Oregon. I wouldn't hesitate to refer Neal and Alyse to any potential home buyers particularly those new to the area.
