At a time when our family had to move out of state and to include my mother whom was moving with us, Wayne got it done!. What made it challenging was we bought a house in Tucson as well as my mom had to find one to buy in Tucson at the same time we had a new baby, had a family emergency in NM and time was not on our side. Wayne never once complained about my persistent pressure, he maintained excellent feedback and communication. Wayne has helped my husband and I with all our real estate needs for the past four years. Hes extremely knowledgeable and has great attention to detail. He has really gone the extra mile to help get deals done and has been flexible with his time when weve needed him to be. On top of all that hes just very personable and easy to work with. Ive known Wayne for a couple of years now and hes amazing as a person and as my realtor! Hes honest, informative, and responsive. This my first time selling a house and hes quick to answer any and all questions as well as address my concerns without making me feel like a nuisance.
