It is no secret that Xfinity is a "short-hair" grabber BUT if you find yourself at this location, ask for Chris, he is knowledgeable and if something is a query to him he works hard to find the answers. And additionally. This is NOT the official Xfinity store so go to VRC if dealing with renewals. They probably won't let this post but it is the truth..
