        I've been a loyal customer to allstate for the past 6+ years and pay using autopay. Recently I ended my motorcycle insuance and notice in my app I have a past due balance, even though im on auto pay. I called the agency and spoke with Katie about it and she was very dismissive and condescending. She refused to give me solid answer, kept speaking over me and interrupting me and told me to call the 800 number. So thanks to her lack of information and condescending attitude, I'm now paying half of what allstate charges me through state farm. Thanks Katie!"
