    Like a bad neighbor; they'll kick you when you're down. TLDR: If you actually need to be covered for anything, this office will cancel your policy, making it harder and more expensive to get new insurance. I have been a loyal customer with this office since 2018. I've never missed a payment. I never so much as called the office. I just payed my bill every month trusting the agency would have my back when I needed it. My wife got into two car crashes within a year and a half. I got notified In October that my wife was too, "risky" to remain on the policy. I got a call today where they informed me that my policy was being canceled, too. They are keeping my home policy because it isn't as "risky." I asked who made this decision. They said it was the underwriting team and that they had no control. I asked to speak to the underwriter. They refused to give me their number. The office has a "Retention Specialist" who specializes in delivering cancelation notifications. So clearly this is a regular occurrence. I am appalled by the level of poorly veiled greed within this operation. Now I'm going to have to search for a different insurance company and deal with all that hassle/expense. Be warned: if you are not a profitable enough customer, this office will drop you when you need them most. Edit: I asked everyone in the organization to have Art call me. He never did. Now he writes some tone-deaf canned response for the algorithm.
