The people at Access One have been amazing!! Every time I have a question it's immediately answered with clarity in the way that I can understand. I was grateful to be able to make payments on a high medical bill. I called to pay off the bill and Monica M. was amazing she provided such great information, we had a laugh and she celebrated with me that I was able to pay off the bill!

Was referred to call these amazing people for a bill I received from St. Mary's Hospital when I had Covid a few months ago to set up a payment arrangement. I spoke to a woman named Debbie (I hope that was the correct name!) and she was AWESOME! She gave me two payment plan options and got me set up to make my monthly payments online. She was super kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I have not made my first payment yet (as I just got set up) but I already feel 100% more at ease about getting this bill taken care of through them!

I've been working here for just about a year. It's been a great place to work. The managers are knowledgeable and helpful and training was clear and easy to understand. I feel supported to succeed with AccessOne and it's genuinely one of the best jobs I've had.

Worked there for one month in Springfield. The most unorganized and dysfunctional place you would ever want to work total incompetent to the extreme. Avoid this place like the plague

Awful! Trying to pay off my account and did an electronic check for nearly $2000 many weeks ago and the money still has not come out of my account. I finally reached someone and they said there was an error and it would get posted but that was multiple days ago and nothing. IMPOSSIBLE to reach customer service. Maybe they will see this complaint and finally call me back.
