I was discharged from the clinic while I was out of town for 2 weeks! Why because there was no meds in my system. Saying I didn't take my meds when in Fact I was taking them! At least talk to me and find out what was going on. I was being treated for other things besides taking medication.I had an ultrasound done and had to wait to get results, and treatment.That was so rude of them to not talk to me at least!! Thank God I found a better place to go!! Where they care for you. And don't leave you hanging!!!

Waited a month and a half to see a dr took the day off just to find out they cancelled on me and now they cant see me until june will not be going back.

Didn't have a good experience at G St. Came home tired & stressed. The Primary Care Physician never talked to me about my Blood Test results. Instead they talked about things that I wasn't ready to hear. Pushed on me to get them done. Felt very upset for days after. Not sure if I want to keep using the same PCP. I sent an Email to the Patient Satisfaction people already.

The staff is rude. After being told that they were not currently taking Medicare patients as those slots had been taken for the moment, I asked if I could be put on a waiting list so that I could be notified to the opening as she alluded. I had asked to be put into contact with a Dr there who I was referred by due to a specific medical condition. After I divulged my condition to the receptionist, she changed her attitude and told me that they were never going to accept Medicare after she had just told me that they would in the future. I will be reporting them to OHP and the state medical board for discrimination.

Waited 3 months for a new patient appointment, with Kovac that is supposed to provide gender affirming services. They called one day before my appointment to cancel and will not reschedule me until JUNE. I have already made it to the schedule, so why can't my appointment just be bumped up to the next available date for courtesy? This is ridiculous and extremely disrespectful for my schedule and I do not recommend wasting your time or patience on this facade of a drs office. Also, who the hell is only available on Saturdays? It's ridiculous and extremely inconvenient for folks who are not trying to play the long game in terms of getting the help they need. I would give zero stars if I could.
