Found Mr. Sandless here on Yelp.  I reached out to request a quote and Kyle got back to me really quickly.  He was able to come out to look at the project and get me an estimate for a small job within a day.  We agreed on the work and he came out on time, and did an outstanding job!  i had some carpet-covered hardwood stairs that he was able to remove the carpet, clean up and even repair some of the gouges left by the carpet installation.  The stairs look beautiful!  Great work and would be happy to refer him for any flooring projects.

It was a real pleasure working with Kyle. He was professional, personable, and responsive to our needs to refinish our kitchen cabinets. He was on time, returned calls/emails/texts, worked carefully and neatly, and completed the job a day earlier than projected, and on budget. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have cabinets refinished. Ours 40-year old cabinets look like new! The whole process with Mr. Sandless was great. Kyle was very patient with my wife and I during the scheduling process which ran into a lot of hiccups on our side. Once the work was being done he was very friendly and fully answered our questions. Kyle showed up on time and was very professional while he sanded and refinished the floors. When he was done our floors looked great. I would have no problem hiring him for any future floor work I needed done.

I had a terrific interaction with Kyle at Mr. Sandless. I called at 5:35 in the evening and left a voice message requesting information on a new wood floor for new construction.  At 6:09 (they close at 6:00) Kyle responded with an extremely polite and detailed text saying he was sorry but at this time they just did refinishing.  I am new to the area, so asked for recommendation. He took the time give me the names of two 'good guys' in the area.  His communication was exemplary and he took the time to help me, just for the sake of being a good guy.I'm a business owner too, and I appreciate folks who care about being professional for the sake of being professional, and want to do right by everyone.  Kyle (who is the owner) exibits that professionalism at the highest level.   When I need my wood floors refinished someday, Kyle is the only guy I'm going to call.

Six stars! Read on: Our oak floors were overdue for refinishing from 22 years of family traffic. Kyle from Mr. Sandless assessed the job, gave us a bid, and we scheduled him to sand, prep and refinish our entire floor. About 1000 sq. ft. (His Sandless process didn't apply to our situation). From the first day til a week later when the job was done we were impressed beyond our expectations. Kyle's professionalism, experience and attention to detail inspired confidence from the first day. Initially, we were concerned about dust from all the sanding required to remove the ugly spots and exiting finish. Not an issue at all. Kyle's equipment and technique left no dust anywhere in the house. Our baseboards and trim (lots of it) were untouched even though it took days of hand work to get the sanding right up to it. He also accommodated our needs to use the house during the process. We chose a matte water-based finish that Kyle recommended and we now, literally, have a beautiful brand new floor. We chose Mr. Sandless without any other bids because we felt right about it. We are 100% satisfied with the job and that's worth more than any reasonable dollar amount. Thanks Mr. Sandless!
