The Good: Worship time was really good! I really enjoyed that time. The Bad: No one ever said hello to me the whole time I was there. The pastor was teaching on a passage in Corinthians (I believe) and what was taught was totally out of context with the Greek and passage. Sent an email to church about the passage and share what I fellow Romanian Translator shared with me about that passage. Never heard a word back. Lots of programs, but lacks intentional relationships.....

Surely, the spirit of the Lord dwells in his people who gather here to rejoice and sing, "His faithful love endures forever." He is worthy of all praise, honor, and glory ! I am a witness to the love of God through his people. The spirit of the living God lives in and among his people. Come, all who are brokenhearted, tired, and scared, humble yourselves before the Lord and receive healing for your soul. God has made a way for us to be reconciled with Him, and that way is through faith in Jesus. Jesus is the way the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father (God) except through Jesus. Humble yourself, turn back to the Lord, and believe in the name of Jesus. Jesus has paid the paid the price once and for all. Receive God's free gift today, which is the gift of salvation for your soul. God loves us all so much that only by his amazing grace and mercy, he did this for us. Come. Pray now, humble yourself before the Lord, for he loves you and desires a real relationship with you. He desires to be reconciled with you. And his great work in us continues day by day. Come worship the Lord. For he alone is worthy. Amen.

Went to a kids birthday party there so did not see the sanctuary, but it is nice to see the church utilising the building and done what renovations necessary.

Really enjoyed visiting Joy Church. If I lived in Oregon this would be my home church. The people are very nice. The praise team is wonderful. I really enjoyed the pastor ... The sermon was awesome and he has a great sense of humor.
