        It leaves a lot to be desired about its service, I went for a specific problem and ended up checking something else, as soon as I was going to check the detail for which I went, it said that it would be a bit and that it would be more due to the time to scan again with another machine but it was not sure if it would throw the error, please do me a favor.

        Horrible. Charged my mother $452 just to look over her mini cooper. illegally charged her $452 at that, due to her never signing anything.. he took advantage of my mother and I do not recommend doing any business with this Leroy, he is hard up for money and illegally holding vehicles for rates that are appalling.

        Leroy is absolutely awesome! Very nice guy, he is a very talented mechanic. He charged me $450 for alternator replacement job and all the other auto shops in town quoted me between $750-$1,200 Thank you for your hard work and honesty Leroy!

      This customers vehicle was brought in for check engine warning light and trouble codes were explained to customer pertaining to sensor failure. He was quoted for half hour to scan computer. He then asked to have abs warning light in which there was no communication from abs control module to scanner. After checking fuses in several fuse box locations, I suggested connecting a different scanner but I would need to charge additional labor being that at this point, I had already done additional labor along with detailed explanation as to possibilities for no communication from vehicle to scanner. Also customer wanted his part installed for original quote price quoted for diagnosis. The customer acted as though I was trying to rip him off when I offered to troubleshoot his problem more in depth. Time spent was well over 1 hour. He was charged for 1/2 hour.

      This Mini Cooper had arrived without appointment with the new owner of this vehicle and her daughter whom I had helped a couple years prior to this and different vehicle in repairing her vehicle in a hardship case and even went to her residence to help her. When the owner arrived she had a list of things she wanted repaired and told me to fix it as money was of no concern because she trusted me. She signed a repair order and I started doing repairs and stopped to call her before running the bill up more. Got no reply for a week then a random guy showed up in hostile manner and told me he was here to get this car and not going to pay anything. He said it was car and he didn't authorize anything. He made a scene then left after all sorts of threats. A few days later, Angela's mother showed up with cash to pay for repairs and couldn't apologize enough about the guy who had come to try to take the vehicle. She had just met this guy and apparently he had told her that he would pay for the repairs but she went on to say that this guy real intention was to steal her vehicle because he has a different mini Cooper and he wanted her mini Cooper to use it for parts. I rightfully could have charged $600 for storage along with cost of repair. Angela's mother continued thanking me for everything and was so greatful that I didn't release her car to this random guy.
