Fix Auto Springfield

When was the last time your repair was $200 less than the estimate? That is exactly what happened when I picked up my car at Fix It Auto. They did exemplary work on Ruby, my 2018 Accord, replacing the passenger side mirror my husband had shattered backing out of the garage. Stopped by today to see if they could fix a few dents in my truck. Pretty much was told every part that has a dent needs replaced completely lmao. Very lazy business and unprofessional

Staff were wonderful, guiding me through a difficult process with my vehicle, during the January ice storm. Every time I called for an update, they were efficient, helpful and supportive. It makes such a difference when we have great community resources and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They went above and beyond to make sure I knew what was happening at every point. Thanks!
