This is the second time we've had Aspen Creek out to clean up and help our yards look presentable. They are on time, know exactly what they're doing and leave everything looking fresh. My mother is not easy to please and she's been very satisfied. We'll be calling them back soon to help landscape our backyard.

I made an appointment with  Jeremy, he was on time , he listen to what I wanted. He said he would get back to me with a quote. Its been over 4 weeks  and have not heard from him. This is very rude I would never deal with this company ever.

We hired Aspen Creek for a full landscaping revision. While some aspects were positive - the yard design is improved and the installation crew was hard-working - there were many frustrations, primarily with poor communication and follow through. We asked for hardscaping ideas and they had nothing to offer. Our Rainbird irrigation system leaves bone dry patches and flooded areas so plants die. Aspen Creek replanted the same plants only to die again. We have waited a year for the final design plan and plant list that has never come despite continued promises. Our sod is dying because the soil grade isn't correct. If you want good customer service, timely follow and clear communication, consider other landscaping companies. For what we paid, I would expect far better treatment. We have reached out many, many times, even trying to reach this business owner.
