Their service is horrible. 2 of the last 3 times I ate here there were issues. We once waited about 40 minutes for food and there were only about 7 customers total in the restaurant. When we approached the window after about 30 minutes they said it was almost done. 10 minutes later we got a cold burger and fries. And just today I ordered a bacon cheese burger with jalapenos. After I was about half way through with my meal, I realized there was no cheese OR bacon (partly my fault for not realizing it when I got my food). The young lady that took my order didn't know the menu/pricing, kept interrupting customers and couldn't remeber what she had just heard (asked multiple times to "hold on")
If their service was better I would say 5 stars all day but their awful service as of Kate warrants 2 stars.
