        Ive done two deals with Popkin Real Estate with realtor Larry Bensel. Both deals were ruined because of the drama that Larry created for his clients. Thats the exact opposite of what a realtor or attorney should do in any transaction. They should smooth the edges and keep the deal together. Larry Bensel put unnecessary threats and contingencies on all cash deals, made everything personal, made everything about him. Hes the realtor! Not the client. How does he still have a license? Not one commercial broker would work with him and I had to go to Portland to find one. The title company in town wont even work with him. Its crazy. Two deals gone sideways because of the realtor, not the seller, not the buyer. The representing agent. What a loss.
