ERS Equipment Rental

I honestly have never shopped here, but I still need to leave a review because I did experience a certain level of customer service that is noteworthy. Although I cannot comment on acutal products, thus can only leave 4 stars, the way I was treated when I called about a more complex and "out of the ordinary" question for a potential customer to have, was spot on, and I was completlely satisfied after my conversations. From the inital phone greetings, to the "no problem" attitude taken when I wanted to speak to someone at a different level. Almost instantly I was put in touch with the person at another level who immediately addressed any and all questions I had with grace, tact and immediacy. Although it may have taken a little more of my time in the future, to wait for ultimate results, when I got off the phone with her I was satisfied. The next day when I chose to call back to double check some information, I was again very quickly transferred to the appropriate person at the level I requested and he informed me accurately about what I had been requesting. It overall was a great feeling to communicate with people who are part of a business who knows how to communicate efficiently and take care of a future potential customer. This is why when in the future, if I need equipmet rental near Seaside, ERS will be the first place I check out, and you should to! Their customer service over the telephone was very professional, which would go to show the kind of service one might expect when they go to do business in person with ERS! I know I sure would expect it! Cheers and well done!

Went into rent a tool that normally cost me 50 bucks and spent well over $200. Not very happy
