Management blows. They never respond to calls or emails. We just had an old guy in building a try and take the pants off of a 6 year old girl.

The actual apartment is ok. We had a sugar ant problem as soon as we moved in but thats a fairly easy fix. (Ive seen some other people say sugar ants too.)
BUT, Management isnt very helpful and doesnt answer phone calls promptly. My laundry was stolen out of the community laundry room. There was a laundry key left in the door so I gave it to the office in hopes maybe that connected whoever stole my stuff. Checked up every week and they never got around to it. Well eventually I saw someone wearing my stolen clothes. Got the police involved but they needed more information on the guy to really help - police called front office and was told to call back later because they were on lunch
Nothing ever came of that.
This same person who stole my clothes would take a knife and hammer it into the laundry room door because he didnt have a key(this was after I gave the abandoned key to the office)
Dont forget my upstairs neighbor who had the door pretty much busted in one morning and was arrested for meth.
We moved in 2021 because we didnt feel safe there. Ive just had a few people I know looking there recently and thought Id share my thoughts. I think its still the same management and manager.
