    I have been coming here off and on with my husband for a little over 4 years now. And I think its a great stop for food and for gas. Everyone seems to have their own great personalities, and Ive heard the owners are a lot nicer and humble than a lot of people turn them out to be. However, the only problem I have is the older lady on the morning shift. Her language is beyond fowl and all she does is complain about her job to the other customers. Shes loud and overall rude. Every single time we come in she is always running her mouth about one thing or another with an F Bomb after every other word. We have officially decided to no longer come in on the shift due to the inappropriate language and behavior from the woman. Thank you to the Owners for a wonderful 24/7 business in town.

    I have always been a member of the Scappoose city and need to say this is one of the best Gas Stations ive ever been too. Ive traveled all across the country and for a small business gas station not ran by some mega oil corporation its quite good. Love the cleanliness, the workers, and the nice location. Overall an amazing store.

    What a mess...the people are rude, I actually had one girl there ask me "If I wanted my change" When I said "well yea" she complained she would have to open her cash drawer again...Where do there get these people...One gal ask me if I wanted something. I was standing at the counter..she was visiting with a friend. Seemed bothered to stop to help me. Only 24 place in town unfortunately.....

    Never shopping here again. Bought a small bag of chips (Takis) and they rang it up and I paid with my card. $9 dollars - are you kidding me??? I asked to return them and they refused. Nobody is authorized to make a refund????? What - stupid people running a poor business. What a joke. To follow up - ok - MSRP. Its expensive and all I wanted was to immediately return them. Not allowed by your policy. Second - I never belittled or berated your employees. I never called them stupid - Im calling the people that made such a policy stupid, which Im assuming is you or the owner. Finally, if you had tried to defuse the situation instead of inflaming my anger - I might have been willing to remove my review. Try harder to be better and Ill shop elsewhere.

First off Zen, managers and owners are the only people authorized to do a refund, our apologies if that sounds "stupid" to you. As far as the price of the chips, Takis, suggested MSRP (Manufacturer suggested retail price) is $8.79. If you google MSRP you will have a better understanding of what that means to us, and what it means for you as well. So we can do 1 of 2 things, sell the chips at the price suggested or simply not have the product available for you at all. Here at Jackpot, we do our best to bring in trending products and provide them to you with upbeat customer service, every day at your convenience! Of course, there are challenges that we face as retailers with rising costs in the economy, and also deal with when we are on the other side of the counter - at the end of the day, I can choose if I want to pay that much for a product or not, and that's that. When I come across a product I think may be overpriced it is not my first thought to go find the young cashier up front and belittle them about it and announce to everyone around me that I think they are stupid. Zen, its a convenience store, and a majority of our products are perishable. As with any other convenience store, once you walk out of the store with a product there is no chance of a refund. It's a policy put in place for the safety of others. I am aware you did not leave the store and yes, in your situation, a refund would've been issued had a manager been there to do so.
