I was selling my house with Amy Hardy when I moved out of state. I was led to believe it would be an easy sell, but after several months I was forced to go through Zillow. I ended up paying way more commission since Zillow doesn't expect you to have a real estate agent, but I was contractually obligated to pay them even though she effectively did nothing to sell my home. A conservative estimate is that I lost around $20,000 by choosing this company, but actual loses are likely much higher given I had to pay for ridiculous repairs. Again, they did absolutely nothing to close the sale but still forced me to pay a 2% commission when I was already paying Zillow much more than that. I hate that I was forced to sell, but like I said the house was on the market for several months, and even with an inventory shortage we couldn't sell after dropping the price twice. Its not an exaggeration to say that working with this company instead of another was one of the worst financial decisions of my life. They're borderline crooks and I beg you to go with any other agency for your own sake.
