        My first experience with them went smooth and she looked great. The second visit it looked like they barely trimmed her and did not cut her nails. Decided to give them another shot because of the first cut. I arrive at my appointment that we scheduled at 9am (I always drop her in the morning if you look at my groom history). This means she scheduled it wrong time slot while doing it when I made it months ago. The guy then told me with the 11 appt she would be done by 1 because I have work. That is false they always take 3 hours to groom her. He then offered to take her back and make her sit in a kennel for hours even though they advertise they wont be in kennels, they are. I drive far to come to a groomer that is not worth it after this experience. Sure hope all the clientele I sent your way doesnt have to deal with this. Also better coach your employees on personable customer service.

        They always have space for my Great Dane and terrier. Always are flexible on dates and my dogs always seem tired from a nice time there.

      When we designed MT Hood Pet Resort we wanted to make it as animal friendly and virtually odor free not just for the pets but also for their owners and for anyone who comes into our establishment.We looked for the best artificial grass that resembled the real thing and then we designed a unique watering system to remove the urine and pet odors. Our vision expanded to add the water fountains so your pets would always have a constant supply of fresh water while enjoying our facility. We then decided to have our murals painted portraying our beautiful MT Hood and the surrounding hillsides.We made sure our bathing tubs were perfect for your pets, we designed an area for bathing our larger breeds or pet who had hip problems, arthritis, or just couldnt stand for long periods of time. An area where they can sit, or lay down and still get cleanMT Hood Pet Resort wants both pets and owners alike to feel as if they are out doors on a spring day, and yet knowing they are safe, secure and receiving love, and attention from our staff all in one place.We are not like a normal Kennel, We politely request all dogs be flea free and somewhat clean to be able to play in the Doggy Daycare with the other dogs.
