        If it were possible to not have any stars, that would be my rating. This person has the single worst approach to patient engagement of any physician I've ever encountered in my nearly 58 years on this planet. There was no discernable conversation or a simple "what brings your here and how can I help" anywhere in the conversation. Further, having a prostate exam while the scribe is banging away on her laptop with no consideration to whether I wanted them in the room or not is not acceptable. This was the type of medicine that you'd expect in military basic training and left no room for the patient to participate or advocate for themselves.

        Dr David Elkins is my doctor and I think he's outstanding. He has treated me for bladder cancer. He's good at what he does, he treats you with respect and most important he listens to you.
