        They see a semi nice pair of jeans goes for $20 welcome to goodwill everyone, but seriously you guys aren't designer stop pricing everything so much for some used clothes.

        Im pretty sure the Salem goodwills are the only ones left in the country that didnt open their fitting rooms. That plus the horrible return policy is not a winning combo for buying any type of clothing unless youre 100% positive its going to fit.

      Hi Jessica--Here at Goodwill Industries of the Columbia Willamette (based in Portland, Oregon), store credits are valid for 30 days from the return date. Plus, our store management teams have the authority to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.As for the fitting rooms, unfortunately, due to a high level of theft, drug use, and other harmful activities that have occurred in fitting rooms, we’ve decided to keep them closed in certain stores. The safety of our employees and customers is our highest priority.
