        Very bad at what they do. I went through a fire in 2018 and they had said they knew how to work with fire settlements and they called me about 50 times asking me what so and so meant. I dont know lady thats why I came to you , if I knew how to do my taxes by myself i wouldnt be here. Then charged me $180 and the service wasnt even worth that given I had to do my taxes pretty much all by myself. When you walk in their home the dogs are barking at you and already looking like theyre gonna attack you. And she misgendered my son when he clearly was a boy with a BLUE cover on his car seat. Very unprofessional. Will not be coming back.

        PLEASE don't go with Jackie. She SCREWED me over claiming that I earned more than I really did on my taxes. She claimed that I didn't give her papereork that I know for a fact I did. She lies a lot. And she screwed over my mother in law. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & UNTRUSTWORTHY.
