My Wife and I chose John L Scott because they are well established and known. Unfortunately we connected with the wrong team. When it comes to a realtor you should be able to trust them and anyone they bring on to help aid in the sale or purchasing of your home. So if I could share one piece of advice is stay away from (Ken and Carolyn) The Ream Team!!! Don't get reamed like we did!!! They really just don't have your best interest at heart. Find yourselves an upfront and honest one.

Alex McCarthy at John L. Scott is a fantastic realtor, and I can not say enough good things about him. We started our home selling/buying process on a whim, at a un-steady time in the market. Alex walked us through every single step (sometimes multiple times) with insight and expertise. Throughout both, the selling and buying process we always felt assured we were being given the best care/ attention/ help we could ask for, our expectations were exceeded at every opportunity. Alex is a fantastic communicator and always made sure that we knew what was going on, when it was happening, and how it effected us. Home selling and buying can be an incredibly stressful process, but Alex walks you through the journey with positivity and confidence - while helping you sell your current home, or buy your dream home. We will definitely be using Alex for all future realty needs. Alex McCarthy and the John L. Scott office in Salem are truly fantastic. Most of our work was done remotely, but on the few occasions we were lucky enough to stop into the office, we were welcomed with open arms by everyone. We also had the incredible opportunity to work with Jessica McNeely for a second time. Jessica and her team are incredible. They worked hard to ensure the process was easy and seamless for us. Jessica was always quick to respond to any, and all questions we had and worked hard to make sure we had the best available options. We cant say enough amazing things about Alex McCarthy, John L.
