Dr. Lenox is a great psychiatrist. He takes his time make sure every base is covered, even making sure medications are in therapeutic levels. He been the best The doctor I have had so far.

Called this morning to see if the Dr. would except cash payments and to please call me back as I am looking for a therapist. I waited and waited and waited. I called back at 11:45 am. I say " Hi I left a message this morning about cash payment and finding a therapist" Her response- "Oh yes we got you message we are not accepting any new patients" . I said "do you know anyone who is " She replies with " No" awkward silence waiting for her to say something, anything "I say " Thank you and hang up" . I am upset that I did not get a call back telling me that they were not accepting new patients. To me if felt as I f I was bothering her, she did not have time for me, almost as if I should have known that they were not accepting new patients. Frustrating

I started with Jeff back in 08-09 and was tremendously amazed at the connection we had working together on many different aspects of my life. He is & has been very easy to talk & share personal information with and allows me to do the work for a better me. His insight into his profession and his willingness to help others is both outstanding & admirable. I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone who is looking.
