No stars for this company. All they care about is money. They don’t take care of their way over priced properties and they don’t care about people or their own family. They treat them like crap. How can you evict a family with 3 young children 1 of them is severely autistic. They can because all they want is more money. Tell all your friends and family to beware of this company and never rent from these slum lords.

They only care about making money and not their tenants. Moving out of my unit due to lack of concern for major issues like a leak in my kitchen ceiling from the bathroom upstairs, uncontrollable mold in places that should not be growing mold unless there serious issues like a leak in the roof, and cockroaches. Good luck if you plan from renting from these people in the future they can't even take care of their current tenants.

The apartments they have in McMinnville are not well insulated, during winter months the electric bill jumps extremely high, you can see outside through the cracks of doors. You can not only hear people standing outside talking in your apartment but people can also hear you talking inside yours at normal times. The rent goes up yearly, they've now decided to lock the dumpsters exactly at 7 p. M every night and open at no set times in the morning , when they decide to go out to open it. To make payments your forced to buy money orders and pay the charge for the purchase or use their online payment site which charges you $7. + dollars to make the payment. You have to make the fullpayment on the site there's no options for changing the amount you wish to pay for that time. EVERY person who visits even for 20 minutes must register with the office before hand so that means no one you know can just surprise you with a visit , if they do they will be met with a violation. They offer only one parking space per unit if you want an extra spot you must pay for it . There's no place for any children to play or be a kid. It's treated like a gated community but without the perks of one. You're expected to pay high rental rates that go up yearly with strict rules . No on sight laundromat although there are washer dryer hook ups in the newer units. No Internet access no gym, no playground for kids. They expect the kids to play a a small patch of grass where everyone takes their dogs to use the bathroom. Maintenance is a joke. Don't bother complaining about the apartment manager on site for his misconduct, nothing will ever be done or resolved. In 2020 the rent was 1,225. The rent is now currently 1,525, going up from 1450 just 2 months ago with new rumors of it going up yet again this year to 1,550. My honest opinion these apartments are not worth the heartache and constant rental charge amounts yearly increases.
