Worst communication with 0 customer service. I dropped off papers on Thursday feb 9th was told it would be 2-3 days to get served and they would call me for a picture of the person being served along with any additional information that would help. I explained I wasnt sure of the exact address as his house didnt have a number anywhere on the outside. I was assured it wouldnt be an issue. I was also told I would be sent a link for payment. Monday comes around no link, no call. I call them, no one answers. I leave a message requesting payment link and a call back. No call back just a payment link. I pay. I call Thursday feb 16 now a week later was told they would reach out to the server and call me back no call back. I get an email Monday letting me know the address was the wrong address and if I had another address. I explained why in a return email and game them his work address they requested another $55 for delivery. I declined and explained my reasoning as to why. I advised I would just pick the papers up and would like a refund (this was on feb. 22) they declined a refund and told me the papers would be available for pickup feb 24th. I knew they wouldnt be so I wait until Monday feb 27. I go in to pickup and they are still not there. Im advised they will be on their way. I have to pick up my child from school and cannot wait and was told the papers would be dropped off as I have already wasted enough of my time. I get an email back saying that they would not be dropping them off and they were ready for me to pick up and if I didnt pick them up by the end of day today they would mail them out tomorrow Mind you this is a restraining order This is time sensitive, and the ball has been dropped multiple times for the past two weeks by this company. And they refuse to own, it terrible service. Just to add the days that they said they attempted to deliver. Were not days that I told them were his days off Of course hes not gonna be home if hes at work on the days that I told you he would be at work. Crazy. Save yourself some time and effort and just go to someone else.

Malstrom's is AMAZING at helping serve and process paperwork. They save me SO much time. Becki is extremely helpful and makes the process so much easier.

Malstrom Process Service always does a great job for our law firm. We are notified when service is complete and when the Affidavit of Service is filed with the court. We receive an email with the Affidavit and the invoice which can be saved in the client file.
