There customer service is horrible. They don't show up on the service day and keep rescheduling and still don't show up.Driver doesn't leave right amount of supplies. Honey bucket doesn't have to make more excuses I am having their units removed today. If they show up.

They are horrible. They may have been great, once upon a time, but not anymore. They don't show up on their scheduled day to clean and when we draw their attention to it, they reschedule. Unfortunately, they also fail to show up on the rescheduled day. Horrible management, horrible team, completely unprofessional. Please choose a different company to work with when it comes to sanitation needs.

They are awful! My husband is an employee.(3yrs) Route driver. Jamie and others are horrible in the office, rude and inconsiderate. They are sending my husband in YELLOW evacuation areas to service units! I expressed my own concerns and Jamie refused to talk to me and said she will not respond to anyone who is not an employee. This company is not who they pretend to be! Do not work for this company! Royal flush or Best pots would probably be better
