If you're in need of plumbing services, I highly recommend Evergreen Plumbing, and specifically, their plumber Austin. I recently had the pleasure of working with Austin when I needed help hooking up my fridge's waterline to a leaky valve.
From the moment he arrived, Austin was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He carefully assessed the situation and explained my options to me before quickly getting to work. He worked efficiently, taking care to ensure that everything was properly hooked up and leak-free.
But what really stood out to me was Austin's attention to detail and his commitment to providing excellent customer service. He conducted a thorough walk-through of my home to check on the condition of my pipes and the quality of my water. He took the time to answer my questions and provide me with helpful advice on how to maintain my plumbing in the future.
Overall, I was incredibly impressed with Austin's work and Evergreen Plumbing's commitment to providing exceptional service. Finally! I finally found a plumbing company I will use again, again, and again. Evergreen was the most responsive of the companies I called when we had our most recent plumbing emergency. And Jake was the best. He walked me through all of the situations that could have been the culprit and diagnosed the issue correctly. I've had very bad experiences with other plumbers in Salem area, so it's with tremendous joy I can create and share this post, and recommend Evergreen.
