I highly recommend attorney James Rich. Our father suffered a brain injury as a result of an auto accident that was not his fault. My family did not know where to begin in the process regarding the medical insurance or auto insurance. I want to share my experience with Carl Amala, my attorney when I was in a severe burn accident. I found him and the staff to be straightforward, helpful, supportive, very competent and professional. I found Mr. Amala to be a good listener, a creative thinker, hard worker while being respectful of me while I was dealing with PTSD and continuing healing. He went out of his way to have the gelled fuel tested by more than one lab. He visited the site of the burn accident, and interviewed the doctor from the Burn Center that treated me. At all times, I was kept abreast of how the case was progressing. I was well prepared for depositions, possible trial, arbitration and negotiations. Mine was a complicated case and Mr. Amala was successful in reaching a very satisfactory conclusion. I always felt that he could be trusted and that he had my best interests at heart.
