Pediatric Dental Associates

First time just calling to ask about services. Wanting to switch from Acorn, because Acorn is not very informative or friendly. The lady who answered the phone here was super friendly! And soooo knowledgable! I was given wayy more information and attention on this first call than the whole time Ive taken my kids to Acorn. Im very impressed. Im looking forward to bringing both my kids here!

Julie was not able to coordinate the surgery schedule, physical exams or even appropriately communicate with the surgery center, which resulted in two canceled surgeries. The clinic also doesnt seem to be aware of Oregon State law when it comes to HIPAA and unprofessional conduct.

Missed two appointments..first time was because my daughter was sick completely out of my control! 2nd time because when they called to confirm the appointment I was driving and didnt pay attention to the time and my calendar at home had the wrong timebig mistake. They said I could no longer bring any of my children there! No mercy!

I was nervous because Dr. Herringer retired, but the dentist (Dr. Jay) today was awesome and made my daughter feel great. Thanks for making my daughter so comfortable especially on cavity fix day. Front desk and dental Assistants were also very nice. Thanks, TIffany
