We've always had a great experience with everyone at Acorn in West Salem. They're always professional and down to earth at the same time. We love them there!

Great visit! Liked the large waiting rooms with things for kids to do. Reception, doctor and dental assistant were all great. Will be back when son is due.

**Revising my review a year later** I stand behind this part of my initial review: Very patient and kind to the kids and thorough in explaining things to me. Genuinely care about kids and do a great job of making my nervous ones feel comfortable. HOWEVER--this place can't manage paperwork to save their life. They tell me conflicting info about my insurance coverage/acceptance every time they call me. Scheduled appointments last fall that they made me reschedule FOUR TIMES due to them stating that my insurance coverage kept needing a longer waiting period. They called to reschedule me the morning of these appointments. After I had already excused my kids from class, arranged my workday around these appointments, etc. Every time we go in, they treat me like my kids are brand new patients without a single piece of paperwork on file, so I have to re-fill out paperwork for FOUR kids with the same repetitive stuff they should already have on file, like their name, b-day, my name, my phone number, address, allergies, health history, etc. I asked them today if I could just update an old form, since literally nothing has changed in the less than 6 months that it's been since my kids came in, and was told "No, we are following the doctor's requirements--we have to have you start it over." Where is the logic in it being a doctor's medical requirement for me to re-tell this office my kid's name and birthday over and over and over as if they don't know it? So obnoxious. I'm over it, and finding a new dentist after their visits today.
